New to one of our concerts? Here’s some info that might help you know what to expect!
Tickets/will call – The box office opens one hour prior to a performance to purchase tickets, if available. There are two windows outside, or two inside the lobby, weather-dependent. If you have already purchased tickets and requested to pick them up in will call, the will call stand is located inside the lobby – you do not need to wait in line at the box office windows.
When to arrive – The lobby will open one hour before a performance, and the doors to the hall will be open 30 minutes before a performance for you to take your reserved seat. We invite you to find out more about the CSO, enjoy a slide show, or peruse the gift table of items available for purchase from the CSO Guild while you are waiting. There is limited seating available on benches in the lobby.
We do recommend arriving early to find parking.
Parking – There is a large parking lot next to Reynolds Performance Hall, plus a small number of additional spaces behind the building. The next closest lot is to your right as you turn into Beatrice Powell Dr., across from the AETN building. The next closest lot is off of Donaghey Ave., between Dave Ward Dr. and Beatrice Powell Dr. All parking is free.
Concessions – There are no concessions available at Reynolds Performance Hall, and no food or drink may be brought into the hall. There will occasionally be cookies available at intermission, and there is a water fountain located in both hallways next to the lobby.
Restrooms – The men’s restroom is located in the hallway to the right of the lobby, and the women’s restroom is located in the hallway to the left of the lobby. There is an additional set of restrooms located on the balcony level, accessible by stairs or elevator.
Timing – Although each concert varies, performances are generally an hour and 45 minutes, including one 15-20 minute intermission. If you arrive after the orchestra has begun playing, you may be asked to wait to enter the hall until after a piece is done.
Electronic Devices – All electronic devices must be turned off and stowed during the performance. There is no photography or video permitted except for arrangements made by the CSO for archival recording.
